Start by adding 4 cups of protein cereal to a large mixing bowl and crush it up.
Add in 1 cup of dry oats, 2 Tbsp of chia seeds, 4 Tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips, 4 scoops of chocolate protein powder, ½ box of sugar-free chocolate pudding, and 2 Tbsp of sugar-free syrup.
Start adding water slowly, mixing each time you add water. Continue adding water little by little until you get a consistency that is not too wet and allows you to form a mold.
If you add too much water, you can add more oats to dry it out a little. Be sure to adjust your macros if you do so.
Line a small baking dish with your mixture, pressing down evenly.
Cover and place into the fridge overnight.
The next day you can take it out and cut into 10 even squares.
Wrap these with parchment paper, plastic wrap, or aluminum foil and then place into an airtight container and store in the freezer.
When ready to eat, remove from the freezer, remove the wrapper, and microwave for 30 to 60 seconds depending onwhether or not you want to eat it warm.
