  • Start by adding 4 cups of protein cereal to a large mixing bowl and crush it up.
  • Add in 1 cup of dry oats, 2 Tbsp of chia seeds, 4 Tbsp of sugar-free chocolate chips, 4 scoops of chocolate protein powder, ½ box of sugar-free chocolate pudding, and 2 Tbsp of sugar-free syrup.
  • Start adding water slowly, mixing each time you add water. Continue adding water little by little until you get a consistency that is not too wet and allows you to form a mold.
  • If you add too much water, you can add more oats to dry it out a little. Be sure to adjust your macros if you do so.
  • Line a small baking dish with your mixture, pressing down evenly.
  • Cover and place into the fridge overnight.
  • The next day you can take it out and cut into 10 even squares.
  • Wrap these with parchment paper, plastic wrap, or aluminum foil and then place into an airtight container and store in the freezer.
  • When ready to eat, remove from the freezer, remove the wrapper, and microwave for 30 to 60 seconds depending onwhether or not you want to eat it warm.
