  • Start by peeling your garlic and slicing it long ways, or whatever shape fits into the mouth of the bottle that you are using.
  • Cut your cilantro, and your pepper so that it fits into your bottle.
  • Stuff all of your sliced ingredients into your bottle and add any seeds from the pepper that you want for some heat.
  • Pour in your vinegar. Be sure to leave a little room at the top so that your nozzle fits.
  • Enjoy!
  • *Note – This can be reused 1-2 times by refilling the vinegar!
