Puerto Rican Infused Vinegar
Puerto Rican Infused Vinegar
Ingredients
- 1 Glass Oil Dispenser Bottle
- 1-2 cup White Vinegar
- 1 bundle Cilantro
- 1 bulb of Garlic a Bulb
- 1 Poblano Pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Start by peeling your garlic and slicing it long ways, or whatever shape fits into the mouth of the bottle that you are using.
- Cut your cilantro, and your pepper so that it fits into your bottle.
- Stuff all of your sliced ingredients into your bottle and add any seeds from the pepper that you want for some heat.
- Pour in your vinegar. Be sure to leave a little room at the top so that your nozzle fits.
- Enjoy!
- *Note – This can be reused 1-2 times by refilling the vinegar!
