*Regular or low fat cream cheese is an acceptable substitute if you cannot find the Greek cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Start by adding 8 oz of Greek cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the cream cheese until it becomes soft.
  • Add 3/4 cup of light Greek vanilla yogurt and two scoops of vanilla protein powder. Mix everything together well.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie crust. Even this out as much as possible and spread smooth on top.
  • If your chopped pecans are large chunks, chop them up into smaller pieces prior to adding to the top of your cheesecake.
  • For your toppings, drizzle 2 Tbsp of sugar free chocolate syrup, 2Tbsp of sugar free caramel syrup, and add your chopped pecans.
  • Refrigerate overnight to allow the cream cheese to set. The next day, cut into 8 slices.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

• This will stay fresh in the refrigerator for about 5-7 days. But this can also be frozen for the future!
