Start by trimming any excess fat off your chicken, and chopping into bite size pieces. Set aside.
Chop your cream cheese into eight squares and set that aside as well.
Pour your bottle of Italian dressing into a bowl. Then add 1 Tbsp garlic powder, 1 Tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp oregano, and 1/2 tsp thyme. Mix well and everything is ready for the crockpot.
Add your chopped chicken into the crockpot. Pour in your Italian dressing and then lay in your chopped cream cheese.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
When your chicken is almost done, start on your pasta. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook your pasta according to the instructions on the package. Once done, strain and set aside.
Once your chicken is done, take the lid off, stir in your spinach and cook uncovered for an additional 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add your cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir everything together. Give it a taste, then add salt and pepper to preference.
Portion out into your meal containers, and you're done.
Enjoy!
Notes
• For even distribution of meals among meal containers, you can either estimate the portions, or weigh the entire batch, and divide that number by your number of meal containers. This recipe makes six meals, so it would be the total weight, divided by six. That will be your portion size per meal.• If storing for meal prep, place into freezer safe meal containers, and place in the freezer for freshness. Take the meal out of the freezer and place it in the refrigerator the night before to let the meal thaw out.
