Ingredients

Instructions

  • Start by trimming and chopping your chicken breast into bite size pieces and adding it to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add in your garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Place your chicken into the crockpot.
  • Chop your cream cheese into large chunks and add it to the crockpot with the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or high for 2 hours.
  • When your chicken is almost cooked, heat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Chop your bacon and cook until fat is rendered and the bacon is crispy. Drain the grease and set the bacon aside.
  • When your chicken is cooked, remove the lid, mix, and add in your shredded cheese, chopped bacon, and place the lid back on the crockpot. Let it cook on low while you prepare your pasta.
  • Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the package. When pasta is done, strain and set aside.
  • Remove the lid from the crockpot and add in your buffalo sauce and mix well. You can use as much or as little buffalo sauce as you'd like depending on your preference.
  • Add in your pasta, mix everything up, salt and pepper to taste, and you're done!
  • Enjoy!

Notes

• Start by adding a little buffalo sauce and increasing depending on your preferred level of heat.
• For even distribution of meals among meal containers, you can either estimate the portions, or weigh the entire batch, and divide that number by your number of meal containers. This recipe makes six meals, so it would be the total weight, divided by six. That will be your portion size per meal.
• If storing for meal prep, place into freezer safe meal containers, and place in the freezer for freshness. Take the meal out of the freezer and place it in the refrigerator the night before to let the meal thaw out.
